Himalayan salt massage is a relatively new approach to relaxation and body care, although its beneficial properties are known for thousands of years.
It is a special type of massage which uses a hot lump of Himalayan salt.
Himalayan salt is the most purest salt in the world, full of minerals, without supplements and additives.
In combination with essential oils and heat, it is gently rubbed in the body, which in that way absorbs the nutrients it needs. During the treatment the whole body is massaged, with an emphasis on a certain points and body parts. The result is soft and nourished skin, and the client feels casual and relaxed.
Besides that the Himalayan salt massage stimulates the cardiovascular system, improves the flow of oxygen to every cell in the body, has a positive effect on the internal organs, reduces pain and relieves fatigue and tension.
